- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 vegan egg (I used applesauce)
- 3/4 cup plant based milk
- 1/5 vegan butter
- Powder Mix
- In a bowl mix the flour and powder mix. Add egg and mix, gradually pour the milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan, and pour a large spoon of the mix. Once bubbles appear on top of the pancakes flip it for 30 seconds. Then garnish with the ingredients of your choice.
