INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cup of plant milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Almond Matcha (Green Matcha)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp butter, melted

 

PREPARATION

Tip:don't over mix the batter, leave some chunks of flour this will make your pancake extra fluffy

  • In a medium bowl mix the flour, the baking powder, and the Almond Matcha
  • Make a hole in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter (or coconut oil), don't over mix.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter into the hot pan, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook on both sides. Serve with raspberries and honey.  ♥
