Chocolate, Tea Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp Jamaican Cocoa Twist

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/5 butter

PREPARATION

 

  • In a bowl mix the flour, cacao powder, tea powder, and baking powder. Add egg and mix, gradually pour the milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, and pour a large spoon of the mix. Once bubbles appear on top of the pancakes flip it for 30 seconds. Then garnish with the ingredients of your choice. 
  • We love: hazelnuts + chocolate syrup as toppings
