Matcha Corn Tortillas

  • 100 g Flour all type

  • 100 g Corn flour

  • 160 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Almond Matcha (green tea powder)
  • 4 tbsp Oil (sunflowers, olive) 

  • 1 tsp Salt



  • Mix both flours, Almond Matcha and salt in a bowl. Bring the water and oil to a boil and add to the flours. Mix well and knead to form a smooth ball of dough. Cover with a clean cloth and let stand for 30 minutes.

  • Separate the dough and form 8 balls. On a floured work surface, spread them into thin patties.

  • Cook each patty for just 1 minute on each side in a hot non-stick pan without any grease. Place the tortillas on a plate and cover immediately with another plate to prevent it from drying out.

  • Garnish with the ingredients of your choice. Enjoy! ♥
