Rasberry, black matcha oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 tsp of Rose Tea Powder (black matcha)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tsp raspberry jam

  • Garnish: nuts, peanut butter, jam

 

PREPARATION

  • Combine oats, coconut milk, Rose Tea Powder, and maple syrup in a saucepan. ⁠

  • Cook until mixture comes to a boil, and add 2 tsp of raspberry jam. Stirring just enough to mix. Cook for about another 30 seconds.

  • In two bowls put 1 tsp of raspberry jam, and transfer oatmeal. 

  • Top the oatmeal with jam, peanut butter, and nuts.  Enjoy! ♥
