INGREDIENTS
- 2 vegan eggs (I used applesauce)
- 2 cups of almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ginger powder (or a small piece of fresh ginger)
- 1/4 tsp (1g) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Black Matcha or black tea powder of your choice
PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and mix. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Put the preparation in two bowls.
- Topped with honey, kiwi slices, strawberries slices, blueberries, and almonds.
