Steaming or stewing cooking methods are preferred over frying, grilling, and roasting (He & Yu, 2018). Additionally, the temperature at which tea is consumed can also impact health outcomes. A study found that drinking tea at temperatures less than 60°C was associated with a lower risk of esophageal cancer compared to drinking tea at higher temperatures (Islami et al., 2009).
