- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tsp vegan raspberry jam
- 1/2 tsp of Rose petal powder
- 1/2 tsp (2g) Black Matcha or black tea powder of your choice
- Garnish: nuts, peanut butter, jam
- Combine oats, coconut milk, rose petal powder, black matcha, and maple syrup in a saucepan.
- Cook until mixture comes to a boil, and add 2 tsp of raspberry jam. Stirring just enough to mix. Cook for about another 30 seconds.
- In two bowls put 1 tsp of raspberry jam, and transfer oatmeal.
- Top the oatmeal with jam, peanut butter, and nuts. Enjoy! ♥
